G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting for a Director of Services, within the Dublin Criminal Courts of Justice

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Promote a strong customer service culture within team, with an emphasis on service delivery and accountability, constantly striving for higher standards and performance improvement

  • Developing local improvement programmes that are aligned with overall business strategy and that will help the company to meet its client service commitments. Align service delivery, utilising best practice to optimise performance. Ensure there are clearly defined procedures (SOP’s) for all service lines to meet contractual requirements. Review existing procedures and benchmark externally to ensure best practice techniques are applied.

  • Key to the future growth and success of the account including contract retention and generating new business opportunities through the delivery of best in class services to meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Lead a team of operations and service line managers to ensure service standards meet contractual requirements.

  • Promote a strong customer service culture within team, with an emphasis on service delivery and accountability, constantly striving for higher standards and performance improvement.

  • Develop strong partnering relationships with senior client teams –  to understand client business, develop and deliver innovative solutions, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Financial accountability for the performance of all service lines within contract and for identifying and securing business development opportunities.

  • Establish and implement a contract performance measurement system to monitor and improve business processes and efficiencies. Agree and document performance targets with relevant client division and group stakeholder

  • Develop annual business objectives, plans and budgets for all departments

  • Prepare and present monthly and annual reports for client review.

  • Corporate Governance – Ensure that regular senior management meetings are scheduled with appropriate

  • attendees.

  • Ensure compliance with H & S regulation. Implement H&S Policy and Safe Systems of Work Procedures. Perform H&S surveys and audits.

  • Liaise with Client (SPV) and key stakeholders on contract & performance.


The Ideal Candidate:

 

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Operational experience of large site estate and maintenance management experience.

  • Contract negotiation and vendor management experienced

  • Graduate calibre with 5 – 10 years’ experience within account management role in Total Facilities Management (TFM) in client facing position.

  • Understand contract SLA’s and KPI’s and how to deliver and improve them.
