As a Director, Corporate Risk Services, you will be responsible for business development, account management and developing productive cross selling relationships across G4S North America business units within the position’s regional area of responsibility. This position will act as a trusted advisor in areas of organizational risk management including risk consulting, protective services and investigations to our clients. This position will attend conferences and regional events to present on service offerings and consult as a subject matter expert as opportunities present themselves.

Role Responsibility:
Specific Duties and Essential Functions
- Business development inside and outside the G4S client base and develop productive cross-selling relationships with counterparts in other G4S business units
- Respond on short notice (with assistance of Risk Operations Center) to client’s Corporate Risk needs 24/7 and ensure outstanding service is provided at all times
- Develop responses for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and other professional writing in a thorough, correct, and expedient manner
- Attend regional conferences, ASIS and other industry-related events. Present on Service offerings or subject matter expertise as opportunities arise
- Manage current client accounts as well as progress further business development with existing clients
- Manage or perform projects (investigations, training, protective operations and risk consulting), locally or globally, as required, with assistance from CRS FLA HQ
- Pursue payment from clients, as needed, to ensure appropriate operational cash flow
- Regularly meet with regional G4S business units to facilitate the ISS concept
- Identify, develop and manage regional internal and contractor resources who can support client operations and represent G4S professionally
- Develop strong relationships with local/federal law enforcement within Region, participate in partnership programs where available
- Manage regional financial performance, in order to meet revenue and profit goals
- Participate in training to enhance sales, operations, and administrative requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business or a related field
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
- Must possess a minimum of ten years of experience in corporate security, contract security or corporate risk services or equivalent military or law enforcement experience
Skills Required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- Attention to detail
Other
- Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of the contract security industry
- Highly organized/detail oriented
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
