Role Responsibility:

  • responsible for extracting, treating and cleansing data to ensure quality within the process.

  • will be actively working with the Group Sales & Marketing Director and key stakeholders within the business.

  • Validating data across multiple systems and provide reports to management.

  • Identify trends and insights from the data collected

  • Develop the data structures and architecture needed to enable quick analysis

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and synthesize insights into recommendations

  • Present findings to senior leadership.


Travel will be in accordance with both the Group Travel Policies. It is expected that the travel this role will carry will be limited and in the region of 0-10%.

  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Outstanding academic qualifications

  • Related degree  (e.g. Statistics and mathematics, Data Sciences, Actuarial, Advanced Analytics)

  • At least 3-5  years of experience in the relevant field (data analytics, consulting, strategy)

  • Strong track record of professional performance

  • Tableau/Python/Lattice/Google Cloud - experience developing graphical representations of data and deploying to web platforms
