Our G4S Customer Contact Centre in Wath Upon Dearne provides advice and support to the public on behalf of our clients.


About the Role:

We have an opportunity for a Delivery Analyst to join our team, where you will be responsible for the preparation and publication of future schedules for the Contact Centre Contract to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs.

As Delivery Analyst, you will act as the contact for staff schedules within the operational teams, conduct shift reviews and analyse the effectiveness of existing schedules, making recommendations for improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately schedule workforce on the WFM system.
  • Maintain the WFM system and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Add new hire agents to the WFM system and remove any leavers.
  • Plan and process holiday requests.
  • Partner with Real Time Analysts and the wider team to ensure resources are scheduled to lead workload.
  • Coordinate  appropriate staffing allocation and availability of call centre staff in order to achieve service levels.
  • Administer volume contingency action plans as deemed necessary and appropriate.
  • Run and analyse reports with the result of making recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals.
  • Ensure that all reports originating from the department are accurate and reliable.
  • Help with the integration and implementation of new Call Centre technologies.
  • Maximise membership of the Forum and CCMA bringing best practice planning and analysis techniques and industry insight into the operation.

  • Ability to gather and analyse statistical data and generate reports.
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity.
  • Detail oriented with good organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • High level of ability using Microsoft packages.
  • Have a proven conscientious and well organised approach to workload.
