Job Introduction:

This is an exciting opportuntiy to join our Finance Team in Worksop within the Accounts Receivable section.   The role of Data Administrator is primarily to provide support to the Data Analyst Team Lead and Procure to Pay Lead Manager in relation to administrative functions of reporting, Vendor set ups, amends and database administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the up keep of the data structure. The role will also be responsible for supporting with adhoc reporting requests and liaising with G4S suppliers

The successful candidate will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. These documents may include your passport, drivers license, utility bill (dated in the last 3 months), HMRC letter, an original bank statement, an original payslip, your birth certificate, a valid share code.

Please note, this role does not qualify for a visa under the current Government guidelines therefore to be considered for this role you must already have the right to work in the UK. Re-location costs will not be granted. You must live in reasonable commuting distance of the site.


Role Responsibility:

The Data Administrator is responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for the general administration of the FM Data systems, ensuring these are kept accurate and up to date
  • Work cross functionally to provide data administrative support
  • Responsible for running basic reporting
  • Oversee end-to-end data flow between supplier set ups and amends
  • Provide data requirement support for adhoc projects
  • Maintaining Vendor records
  •  Putting information and data in the G4S Systems
  • Extracting data from documents
  • Creating new records and maintaining the data within SAP, Oracle,Nav,F&S,GP
  • Editing, adding, improving, maintaining, cleansing, creating, replicating, and
  • updating new and existing data in SAP, Oracle,Nav,F&S,GP
  • Ensuring data is correct, accurate and adheres to
  • correct external and internal procedures and company guidelines
  • Phoning suppliers to validate data
  • Working on the ITOPS ticket system
  • Provide efficient & effective administrative support to the Data Analyst Team Lead and Procure to Pay Lead Manager


The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Data Administrator role will have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the business to resolve issues
  • Should possess the drive to deliver a high quality service in order to meet agreed service levels.
  • Ability to problem-solve escalations relating to PSS whilst looking at the wider business impacts and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure fundamental issues are addressed to avoid repeat occurrences
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to analyse datea and report in a clear and consise way.
  • Also, desirable is an understanding of SAP and/or other Finance Systems and an understanding of the complexity of Finance processes.
