Job Outline

The role will be home-based as maternity leave cover. The position holder is responsible for working as part of a team, setting up and administering contracts accurately in the online operating system, dealing with queries and requests and liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate a prompt and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with Management & Operations to establish best administration practice
  • Managing and reconciliation of ad hoc work order requests
  • The set-up of new sites
  • Contract maintenance
  • Dealing with queries and requests from customers and operations teams
  • Communicating effectively with the Operations teams
  • Liaising closely with the Finance team
  • Communicating closely and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Completing other administration requests from Management as required
