Customer Service Representatives


£12.00 per hour   


Passionate about customer service? Are you able to communicate well with people at all levels? Do you have a desire to provide first class customer service?


We are looking to build a specialist, high performing, Customer Service Team to work at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham, welcoming visitors on match days and other events at the ground.


The ideal person will be dependable, empathetic, friendly, welcoming and have a huge desire to help deliver a fantastic experience to visitors, during their time at the stadium.


No direct experience is required, as training will be provided, as the most important factor for this role is the personal characteristics of the person.  However, we would welcome applications from people who have worked previously in retail, travel, sales, recruitment or hospitality - jobs that rely on delivering great service.

No experience is required, as we'll give you all the training you need - applicants holding their Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or above) are preferred but not essential, however, you must be willing to go through the funded training once on board.


Our recruitment and selection process will include a short face to face interview with our friendly team.  


Given the nature of the industry, we do need to ask some questions for security and compliance purposes, but don’t worry - you will only need to complete them once.
