The Customer Service Liaison will assist client customer service representatives with visitors/customers. This position provides a high level of customer service to all employees, customers, and visitors. The Customer Service Liaison will be escorting customers on visits and tours, directing customers to parking areas, overseeing customer access control functions, picking-up and dropping-off customers using client, verifying and inputting customer data into client visitor system, and other customer related duties as directed.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Responsible for ensuring services requested by client employees, contractors and visitors are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of security policy and procedures, customer relations procedures, and best practices in order to escort and direct customer activities in a proper manner
  • Responsible for maintaining all Customer Service office equipment conducting weekly inventory
  • Maintain control of client visitors at all times
  • Understand and successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations
  • Incoming phone calls, processing email requests and case creation/management
  • Report any security incidents to site management.


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet and maintain any applicable State licensing or certification requirements

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Work history must demonstrate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail

  • Must be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment: Office; minimal to no work in extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity: Working on PC while sitting; telephone use

Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching.
