Role Responsibility:

Customer Experience Agent - Appointment Setting

Office Based - Unit 2 Callflex Business Park, Golden Smithies Lane, Wath-Upon-Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7ER 

Free On Site Parking

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, covering shifts between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm

Flexibility to cover some Sunday's required 

Contract Type - Permanent

£20,374.88 per annum

Who We Are

Our G4S Customer Contact Centre in Wath Upon Dearne provides advice and support to the public on behalf of our clients. We have experienced rapid growth and are now a team of over 1400 people who spend their day helping people. 


What's Involved:

  • Process online applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Verify applicant details against existing records.
  • Coordinate with the service centre by promptly emailing relevant details.
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments and update records as necessary.
