In this role, you’ll be a vital member of a friendly, experienced team in the control room for one of the largest security contracts within the UK.

This role will see you being a key point of contact working as part of a busy helpdesk environment. In a varied shift pattern of 12 hour shifts, working 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off providing 24/7 support to our customers through reacting to work orders, taking calls and processing requests.

 About the Role 

• Producing and amending Access cards for numerous sites
• Supporting our customers through handling of calls
• Creating and administering work orders
• Handling of enquiries and requests from internal staff as well as for our customer
• Point of contact for all out of hours support
• Communicating and supporting the operations team
• Manage Site Access systems and Alarms, then escalating any faults if needed
