The Contract & Operational Change Coordinator will support the commercial and Support teams through the efficient administration of operational and contractual changes

The individual will bridge the two teams to ensure that all change is correctly documented and communicated through to all parties

G4S’ ability to process Change Requests quickly and effectively is integral to the delivery of Services and our ability to meet the requirements of the Authority.  This individual will support G4S and the DWP to protect against delays in change processing and ensure clarity of information.


  • This position will be the primary interface for all contract and operational change requests
  • Ensuring that all relevant paperwork, submissions and documents are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of the contractual CR log 
  • Supporting the Commercial Manager and Senior stakeholders in the drafting of Change requests
  • Coordinating operational change requests ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the requirements
  • Primary focal point for queries
  • Undertaking impact analysis of change request.
  • Update all commercial systems in line with new changes.
  • Track and monitor all variances/change requests to existing contract requirements
