Aligned to a high profile contract, covering regions from the North East and the whole of Scotland,   the Contract Manager, will be the key customer contact  within the region and service delivered by the deployment teams.  

The role will be:  

▪ The key customer contact for one of the six customer Regions  

▪ Responsible for the performance of the Customer Service Supervisors  ▪ Responsible for achieving the deployment SLA’s  

▪ Responsible for leading, motivating a team of security personnel across a portfolio.  Ensuring that their team are fully engaged and supported to deliver a first class  customer experience and achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance objectives  

▪ Deliver effective manpower and establishment plans to ensure that resources are  adequate for the requirements of the portfolio  

▪ Instil a customer focused culture and a right first time approach at site level to deliver  exceptional standards improving the customer experience  

▪ Continuously developing self and others to understand the contractual requirements,  identifying trends and implementing plans to improve and enhance performance to  drive achievement.

▪ Rostering and scheduling of all personnel  

▪ Reporting of performance in line with contractual requirements

▪ Management of non-chargeable hours to ensure they are kept to a minimum  ▪ Management of Ad-Hoc work  

▪ Reduce employee disciplinary and grievance issues to a minimum  

▪ Maintain contractual and company standards

▪ Achievement of company & contractual KPI’s  

▪ Employee induction, coaching and training  

▪ Responsible achieving the deployment SLA’s  

▪ Maintaining Operational systems information.
