Role Responsibility:

Join G4S as a Coordinator in Contract Management and you will become part of a well-trained, tight knit team providing an essential, cash transportation service to the local community.

As a G4S Coordinator in our Contract Management team, you will be at the very heart of our operation. Your primary responsibility will be data entry onto our main databases and you will need to be confident working to stringent procedures designed to ensure that our service remains superior, and that our customer requirements are met with optimum efficiency.

 


The Ideal Candidate:

As a Contract Management Co-ordinator you will: 
•    To take ownership of customer/branch requests, queries and planning schedules ensuring that they are dealt with through to a successful and timely outcome and manage own workload according to performance targets and objectives.
•    To provide confirmation of changes made to contract via an appropriate communication channel.
•    To communicate with branches and internal departments to ensure that the request received has been interpreted correctly. 
•    To follow processes for system changes and ensure work is checked and verified by the individual before closing the request.
•    To be accountable for the accuracy of work.
•    Aids in the successful collation and implementation of bank holiday planning.
•    Able to assist with varied tasks across a number of teams / department, such as adhocs, bulk cash, cash processing, bank applications, contact work and query management. 

The Ideal Candidate:
•    Flexibility in approach to work as tasks can be varied and changeable.
•    Able to work using own initiative
•    Takes ownership of issues, seeing them through to resolution
•    Ability to communicate at all levels
•    IT literate - Have a good working knowledge of PC packages, Word and Excel, must have a sound understanding of formulas and macros. 
•    Good problem solving abilities
•    Must be reliable and punctual 
•    Able to work under pressure, work to deadline and have a high attention to detail.
•    Good Team Player -  To be able to work within a team, to deliver on-going business improvement projects set out by the Management Team

  • You must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
  • You must also have a 5 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.
