 About the Role 

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator.  This role is a Part-Time Job Share for our Commercial and Contracts Administration functions in providing comprehensive, effective and efficient support to all areas of the Fire & Security (UK) Company.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintenance of the Company’s contractual records 
  • Receipt and management of Installation and Service Contracts
  • Issuing of project numbers and setting up of new installation projects 
  • Issuing insurance certificates to customers
  • Raising of invoices 
  • Requesting new customer set ups
  • Liaison with Regional Engineering Managers as required to aid chasing of purchase orders
  • Maintenance of Docuware storage system
  • Stationery ordering
  • Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support
  • Carrying our credit checks on new customers

About You

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages
  • A high standard of computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative

In Return 

  • Salary: £10,500 per annum
  • Days of Work: Wednesday - Friday
