Job Introduction:

                                              Contract Administrator

G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a temporary vacancy for a Contract Administrator based at our operations in Centurion.

Reporting to the Contract Administration Supervisor, the responsibility of a Contract Administrator is to efficiently, timeously and accurately capture contract data from Sharepoint submissions into SAP.

The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which Cash Processing plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.


Role Responsibility:

Compliance with Company Finance Policy and procedures applicable to all contract administration.

  • Timeous and accurate processing of contracts and sundry invoicing as per billing schedule and/or signed contract schedules or as per upgrade / downgrade / escalation.
  • Maintenance of customer information maintained on financial system.
  • Monitoring of customer billing accuracy.
  • Liaison on all contract movements with the sales team.

Regional compliance with Company Finance Policy and procedures applicable to Contract administration

  • Identify and advise on contract price increase due dates.
  • Ensure any contract amendments are within all stipulated parameters as advised by superiors.
  • Assist co-workers when absent from work with work load
  • Training and guiding of co-workers
  • Assist with audit of policies and procedures by supplying requested information and documentation.
  • Escalate any and all exceptions to recommended billing parameters to the contracts administration supervisor  
  • Ensure all contract capture is done with full disclosure in all mandatory fields.
  • Reconciliation between SAP amendments and working documents such as Excel. 

Effective Customer liaison

  • Assist with the resolution of queries of both customers and internal parties
  • Focus on customer relations 

 


The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • Grade 12 or relevant qualification
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • 5 years working experience in a client contract environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on SAP
  • Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of G4S accounting processes
  • Knowledge of G4S Sharepoint processes
  • Customer Service

  • Computer literate - ability to work on Excel, MS Outlook and SAP
