Job Introduction:
Reporting to the G4S Vice President of Customer Solutions, the Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all policies and practices within the G4S account align with audit and compliance requirements of the client
Role Responsibility:
Act as single point of contact for audit and compliance
Conduct Internal Audits (Quality Control Reviews)
Ensure that meetings are held on a regular basis
Ensure that all Data Centre calls are attended as well as partnership meetings are attended
Ensure that there are action plans in response to quality control reviews
Ensure compliance workbooks and non-conformance and site visitation reports are completed in a timely manner
Provide guidance to all areas of the business to meet client requirements
Present all audit & compliance results internally for opportunities for improvement
Analysis of performance trends (Action planning with the appropriate business unit (external/internal)
The Ideal Candidate:
High School education or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years work-related experience in an operational role, preferably in the Security Industry
Good verbal and written communications skills
Organizational skills
Compliance and audit experience
Superior customer service orientation
Analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and develop/maintain policies and programs, create reports
Ability to coordinate and prioritize several tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and strict deadlines
Promotes health & safety in the workplace
