An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator, working from home, ideally located within easy travelling distance to Leeds.

 

You will be responsible for administering financial procedures and processes within the team and liaising with our suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing.

  • Reconciliation of subcontractor invoicing

  • Control of Subcontractor process for new sites and terminations

  • Production of monthly returns for operations

  • Reconciliation of previous unbilled 

  • Production of monthly income return for manually-billed customers

  • Monitor of the processing of and accrual for, all supplier invoices

  • Maintain accurate records for subcontractor reconciliation, subcontractor portfolios, supplier invoices, monthly returns

  • Maintain accurate accruals

  • Assist with the process of customer terminations

  • Other administration duties as required

 


Essential Skills

  • 5 years checkable work history

  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Intermediate level capability in the use of MS Word & Excel applications or Google Docs/Sheets

  • Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to prioritise and work on own initiative

  • Understanding of administration processes and procedures

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Prior experience of financial administration processes
