Full Time - 40 hours per week

The successful candidate will be required to develop & maintain effective offender management procedures linking all aspects of the custodial process and ensuring effective communication to all relevant parties
Provide briefings to ITC and other groups when required and engage fully with staff awareness sessions.
To promote the delivery of interventions in line with targets agreed. To ensure all KPT’s are met.
To assist in the evaluation of the delivery of interventions and report on performance.
To be actively involved in the development of further interventions work within HMP & YOI Parc.
To maintain programme integrity across interventions.
To complete to audit standard all required video monitoring, group supervision and individual supervision relating to clinical integrity.
To facilitate when necessary, particularly in terms of ‘filling gaps’, ‘covering sickness’ or in any other identified need.
To ensure that daily practice complies with MOJ Audit documents and specific operating manuals.
To ensure all documents and programme files are maintained at audit standard.
To assist in the development of staff learning and actively embrace the code of conduct expected of all facilitators.
To represent HMP & YOI Parc are all relevant and mandatory external meetings.
To collaborate in their own CPD alongside the mentoring of Treatment Managers and SOM, including co-operation with supervision and EDR process.
To assist in collaborative working with all departments working towards the reduction of risk with offenders.
To perform promptly any other duty as deemed appropriate by the SOM and Head of Function.
Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of other RRIM managers, including Senior Manager and Head of Offender Management and Interventions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Accreditation in allocated interventions/minimum of 2 years facilitator experience
- Some evidence of management responsibility/capability
- Interpersonal communication skills and critical analysis skills.
