Role Responsibility:

This role and contract sit within our Facilities Management sector of G4S where we aim to improve the lives of people across the UK and Ireland by creating productive, safe and smooth working environments.


We have an opportunity for a Cleaner to join our team, based at the G4S Office in Worksop, Carlton Road, S81 7QF.


This is a part time role working 16 hours per week Monday to Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:15pm and Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.


You will be responsible for ensuring that the areas within the site are kept to the required levels of cleanliness to the satisfaction of both G4S FM and Client’s.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • To carry out all cleaning assigned, making full use of guidance and training given and using checklists provided.

  • Collection and disposal of waste materials and replacement of liners.

  • Undertake manual and mechanical cleaning activities.

  • Ensure that all cleaning schedules are completed and checked on a daily basis.

  • Refilling of all dispensers, including soap and hand towels.

  • Use the appropriate work equipment and PPE provided and report safety deficiencies and accidents.

  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned and correctly stored after use.

  • Ensure strict confidentiality concerning clients and their visitors.

  • Follow training and Management instructions on safety matters at all times.

Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage but no experience necessary.
