Role Responsibility:

This role and contract sit within our Facilities Management sector of G4S where we aim to improve the lives of people across the UK and Ireland by creating productive, safe and smooth working environments.

We are looking for a Full Time Cleaners to work late shifts to join our team based at Hinkley Point C, Somerset, TA5 1UD.

As a Housekeeping Operative, you will work as part of a wider team, adopting a ‘Flow Cleaning’ approach to service delivery and maintaining an exceptionally high standard of cleaning across the site.

This is a full time role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday between 13:00pm, and 22:00pm and Friday between 1230 and 2000, Saturday between 0800 and 1700, Sunday between 0800 and 1600

 

 Key Responsibilities will include:

  • To support the Cleaning Team Lead in the organisation of the cleaning schedules and work patterns for the individual flow team within which you will work.
  • Ensure cleaning duties are carried out in a manner consistent with good Health & Safety Practice
  • Maintaining the stock of cleaning materials required.
  • To provide appropriate care and maintenance for the materials and equipment.
  • To ensure that cleaning in your area of responsibility is conducted to the highest possible standard.
  • Ensure the image of the contract reflects the professional image of the Company at all times.
  • To actively suggest new methods of working which will enhance the level of service delivered to our customer.
  • To ensure that you maintain a smart, presentable and professional image at all times.
