The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for a Cash Management Solution Trainer.  The Cash Management Solution Trainer manages the activities involved in the preparation and delivery of training and development programs with a focus on retail operations and cash management procedures. The Trainer will design and implement quality assurance programs to ensure best in class service is delivered. This position will develop training programs designed to resolve deficiencies found during the QA process.

Training will be delivered either onsite or remotely through teleconference and online video meeting technology. Trainers will conduct a morning and evening training session 2-3 days per week, and a morning training session 2-3 days per week dependent on client’s schedule as well as monitor store adoption for

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Implement various learning and delivery methods to enhance employee skills and knowledge (coaching programs, classroom training, shadowing experiences, etc.)
  • Develop and implement a QA program which will provide feedback to agents and leadership to provide best in class service
  • Creating content with an ability to measure student comprehension of course materials
  • and to identify emerging learning obstacles and resolution
  • Develop training program proposals, including cost/benefit analysis
  • Document and report learning adoption metrics related to performance of trainees
  • Monitor post training adoption using various reports, dashboards and customer service calls
  • Conduct post training follow up when indicated

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience conducting training in a classroom setting or with large groups of individuals
  • Work history must include demonstration of:
    • Excellent organizational skills that include the ability to multitask and prioritize work
    • Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external leadership team members
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Ability to create training materials

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:          Remote: minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major Activity:         Working on PC while sitting, telephone use; video conference and standing at store to complete training

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:     Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching.
