Role Responsibility:


To provide configuration control of the CAD design drawings.

To manage and control the record drawings Access database for all building services and structures.

To format drawings capable of being loaded to the clients intranet for viewing.

To amend existing drawings and produce new M&E design drawings for variation proposals across the range of Electric, Mechanical and Public health services as well as modifications to building structure, partitions and ceilings.

To update drawings in accordance with the Service level Agreement requirements.

To carry out site surveys of the building services and record any changes from base plan.

To contact the client on a regular basis and notify line manager of any new work requests.

To provide site drawings on request to the Contact Management Team.

To identify the exact customer requirements for drawings and agree target dates.

To comply with health and safety and emergency procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

Recognised relevant qualifications.

Significant experience of AutoCAD.

Architectural desktop and Microsoft Office.

Experience of preparing 3D modelling drawings and space planning.

IT literate.

BSC level 1.

Strong Microsoft Office.

Member of or working towards professional body.

BSC level 2.

Working knowledge of Maximo is a desirable, but training will be given to the successful candidate.

Working knowledge of Crystal reporting is a desirable, but training will be given to the successful candidate
