Reporting into the Head of Enterprise Sales, this position has overall responsibility for delivering in the region on £5M / £6M of annualized sales target.  Focused on manned security opportunities whilst cross selling P&R, events and integrated security systems.

The post holder will be responsible for developing major accounts within a blend of nominated market sectors and geographical areas, building robust and productive relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure company, customer and individual objectives are achieved. The role will also involves identifying new business opportunities, winning new businesses and liaising with operational teams to ensure service requirements are delivered.

The post holder will be expected to ensure their sales practices adhere to Group G4S standards and provide the regular required visibility to the pipeline, sales performance and forward sales forecast.  

The candidate will be required to attend monthly meetings, to review and drive performance. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility as the position is deemed to be ‘itinerant’ and not based in any one particular G4S office.
