Role Responsibility:

Main Purpose of Role:

The Billing Administrator is responsible for generating manual and bulk upload spread sheet invoices, credit notes on the G4S Cash Solutions billing system. Provide assistance to Billing Coordinators to investigate discrepancies through to resolution in order to ensure complete, timely and accurate invoicing for chargeable revenue.  Provide administrative assistance and support to the Billing Team in order to deliver a high quality billing service for the Cash Solutions UK business.


Key Tasks:


  • Responsible for the accuracy of invoicing through input controls, highlighting and resolving discrepancies through to manual invoice generation.
  • Generate manual and bulk invoices and credits in line with billing deadlines
  • Create service failure and suspended credit notes
  • Ensure accuracy of internal revenue recognition and share allocation to the branches
  • Provide revenue data information as requested by internal and external customers for effective and timely resolution of billing related queries.
  • Assist with billing function to ensure punctual, accurate and complete charging of new and existing Cash Solution customers.
  • Carry out ad hoc projects / tasks relating to revenue as required by the Billing Manager
  • Raise PO request on Ariba on behalf of department
  • Maintain and follow accepted procedures and standards to ensure departmental goals for revenue and services are met
