Job Introduction:

We are currently looking for an experienced Bid Administrator and the position will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.  Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible to support the planning, organization and monitoring of all aspects of the bidding process from pre-positioning, expression of interest & tender through to the conclusion of contract negotiations. He/she will be responsible in the creation of professional responses to bids and tenders and the coordination of information from the wider business.


Role Responsibility:

  • Assist with the preparation of Tender, RFI, PQQ documents and registration management in support of all divisions with particular focus on bids, tenders with all major customers, entities and the authorities. 

  • Read and analyze the client’s documents to ensure the responses prepared implicitly addresses the queries/requests raised

  • Assist in the development and delivery of all bids ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all tender documentation are completed. 

  • Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries.

  • File management of master RFI, EOI, PQQ and all related bid documents.

  • Process Company e-registration (new/renewal/update) through Portal

  • Maintain and update  the vendor/e-registration database.

  • Ensure good relations are maintained with all members of staff at all levels.

  • Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Director.  


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma / Bachelors in any discipline from a reputable university

  • Minimum of 3 years bid coordination and preparation experience

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.  

  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Preference will be given to candidates with Sales Force or similar system experience.
