This is an opportunity for someone with extensive PFI experience, or someone looking to take a step up in their career and develop the PFI experience they already hold, to work in facilities management where previous experience either working at Contract Management/Senior Contract Management level would be advantageous.
You will be an advocate of solid processes and procedures, in order to ensure that your team are meeting and exceeding contractual KPI's and SLA's
This role will require you to manage both hard and soft services across 4 Schools in Leicester.
Some of your key responsibilities will include maintaining an operational focus on customer relations, contract retention, service delivery, commercial performance and processes management. You will support recruitment and induction of operatives, support on-going training programs for technical and safety training and monitor and control agreed budgets.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prince2 or similar
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
- BIFM Level 3-4
- ILM Level 2-3
- Proven experience in FM change management showing consistency and progression
- Experience of Direct or Indirect management of a multi-disciplinary workforce
- IOSH Managing Safely
