As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst, you will support Global Security Management and other business function leaders. This position executes the various core functions of the GSOC to include, but not limited to, incident recognition/escalation, intelligence analysis, emergency response, product security, and physical security. Analysts act as partners who works closely with teams across the security organization and the wider business to understand information requirements, deliver timely analysis, and present key insights to internal stakeholders.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Serve as communications hub for the Global Security department
  • Monitor global events and assess/communicate impact to client
  • Complete risk and intelligence driven reports to Global Security and other stakeholders
  • Receive calls for help/assistance form employees worldwide and respond appropriately
  • Provide support and participate in crisis mitigation and after action reporting
  • Monitor and communicate risks associated with supply chain assets
  • Monitor health of all Global Security platforms and applications
  • Monitor access control and CCTV systems for alarms and respond appropriately
  • Collaborate with Security Guard Force and other business partners to meet operational needs
  • Assist Global Security Management with other tasks as assigned


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must have the ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
  • Must have ability to communicate at a high level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills
  • Must be able to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high stress situations, often under time constraints
  • Must possess working knowledge of current global events and global geography/cultures
  • Must have the ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances
  • Must be able to follow written policy/procedures
  • Must possess solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms
  • Must be equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively
  • Must be self-motivated, highly responsive and proactive, able to own tasks from start to finish
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity:        Working on PC and using telephone while sitting

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:      Limited, to include some standing, bending, and limited stretching and reaching.
