The Alarms Administrator Administrator is responsible for alarm and contract administration. This will entail following procedures and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Operational team 


  • Working with Management & Operations to establish best Practice
  • Daily management of alarm activations
  • Police liaison (day-to-day administration - police letters, applications
  • and regular audits)
  • Customer liaison for activations and alarm management
  • Liaison with Alarm Receiving Centre
  • New connection mobilisation
  • General administration duties as necessary
  • Order Ad Hoc equipment
  • Specific Contract related tasks

About You: 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages
  • A high standard of computer literacy
