Job Introduction:

We looking for an Administrator who can provide a wide range of duties supporting our business and its management team. In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for processing and collating statistics and information, maintaining stocks of consumables, organising diaries and setting up meetings as well as supporting recruitment activity. To be a successul administrator you will have previously worked in an administrative role where you have had to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail as well as using Microsoft packages. Part of this role will involve administering some aspects of payroll and HR so experience in these areas will be an advantage.

Please note, this role does not qualify for a visa under the current Government guidelines therefore to be considered for this role you must already have the right to work in the UK. Re-location costs will not be granted. You must live in reasonable commuting distance of the site.

Role Responsibility:

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support so that the needs of the functional/departmental team are met
  • Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence, inquiries, queries and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner that meets requirements.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, accommodation, venues, room, car hire, refreshment  and travel bookings
  • Maintain comprehensive stocks of all consumables, forms and documentation required by the operation/department so that it is available when required, including purchase ordering, invoice processing and payments
  • Assist in the collation of information and produce reports in line with visual standards, to meet company and contractual requirements including hours, leave , and all payments associated for payroll purposes
  • Process and collate statistics through spread-sheets and databases to meet company deadlines.
  • Support recruitment drives including vetting applicant to ensure all requirements are met
  • Provide clerical support including, minute taking, photocopying, and other tasks supported by Google
  • Act in accordance with security and operational instructions at all times to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of working quickly and accurately with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint  Gmail & Calendar
  • Discretion and working on own initiative to deliver objectives
  • Experience of providing admin support
  • Understanding of HR and payroll practices
