G4S Custody & Rehabilitation Services operates HMP Rye Hill as part of its business portfolio, a category “B” training prison, near Rugby. The prison acts as a national resource for sentenced male adults who have been convicted of a current or previous sex offence(s).

Reporting to the Head of Department you will provide general administrative support to a small team of staff, bringing consistency and best practice to the department to ensure the function supports the daily operation at the Prison.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will possess extensive administration experience with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have a can do attitude, along with an attention to detail. You will work collaboratively and openly whilst being a key member of the team.

As an experienced Administrator, it is essential that you have experience of working within a multifunctional and demanding environment. You will be a dynamic and engaging individual with a good sense of humour, who shares our ethics and values and is eager to support the Department's successful delivery.
