Role Responsibility:

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager, to work between our Worksop and Rotherham office sites, who has a collaborative approach and is an excellent communicator.  You would manage, co-ordinate and develop on-site technical, reception and cleaning staff to ensure delivery of Soft and Hard FM services in line with contractual requirements. You will need to develop and sustain a collaborative approach, working in close partnership on both sites to offer an efficient and streamlined service delivery.  

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include client point of contact for both sites, liaising with the Operation Director for on-site issues and contract/staff performance and to support the direct operational activities of the contract in respect of; Compliance and Health and Safety advice, subcontracted service provision and to develop value for money utilisation of the fixed asset base. You will implement company standards to achieve compliance with ISO 9001:2000, 14001 ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

 

You will oversee recruitment, training and development of management and staff on contract to ensure they are competent to deliver to contractual standards, maintain an overview of utilisation of resources to ensure they are used to meet customer requirements and provide appropriate direction to the team and delegate where necessary. You will attend Client meetings when required and ensure contract reporting is produced in a timely manner.


The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience of managing multi service delivery
  • Proven experience working at Management level
  • Understanding of Compliance, Health and Safety legislation and obligations in a corporate office environment
  • Strong team player
  • Commercially astute

 

Desirable Requirements

  • A recognised higher technical accreditation in either Hard or Soft FM
  • Membership of a professional body in FM
  • Proven experience within the FM outsourcing market
  • Knowledge of CAFM helpdesk systems

 

This role is Monday to Friday, working 40 hours a week from 8:00am – 5:00pm or as the business needs. You will be based between the Worksop and Rotherham office but the role will come with a Company Car and a salary of £35,000 per annum
