  • Provide strategic direction and lead the daily operations of the G4S ROI monitoring business, including account retention and management, business development, customer service and finance.  
  • Providing a senior presence in the market place, to enhance the G4S image, drive new business and manage installer relationships. 
  •   Combat the ever increasing competition, and protect G4S’s investment in our €5m revenue €2.4m profit business

§  Responsibility for the P&L performance of the ROI Monitoring Business, including managing attrition and business development.

§  With Account Manager develop strong working relationships and become the point of contact and escalation for all customers, especially installers.

§  Lead large and complex monitoring bids across all products, ensuring the business achieves annual targets for growth and retention.

§  Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target markets and client organisations so that G4S FSS image is enhanced and growth is realised

§  Work closely with the head of operations to ensure we have capabilities in line with our customer expectations and requirements.

§  Provide the principle business interface with Customers and develop relationships to ensure the customer requirements are fully understood and met.

§  Meet or exceed standards of service and customer expectations in line with Key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations.

§  Manage the Terms & Conditions of Employment for direct staff and support employee retention.

§  Seeking to enhance service delivery and develop opportunities and products to add value to the contracts.

§  Ensure contractual compliance is delivered throughout all activities.

§  Ensure that all policies and procedures that are in place are compliant with all Legislative, PSA and G4S requirements.

§  To be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures, to fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives.

§  Ensure the communication between the ARC and the Business Support Team and Customers is fully effective.

§  Proactively research the market, competitors and products to maximise our positioning and provide intelligence in relation to products, pricing, performance and presentation, reviewing business objectives and plan ahead in line with business plans & annual fiscal targets.

§  Provide up-to-date and accurate pipeline forecasts

§  Produce accurate monthly reports in a timely manner

§  Identify and progress pre-qualification requirements

§  Manage internal relationships and leverage internal resources/expertise to leverage sales

§  Maintain the company's customer information database (Salesforce) and ensure that management team are kept fully informed through regular feedback and reports

§  Negotiate commercial arrangements with customers subject to agreed and approved criteria.

§  Work alongside the bid team in the development of proposals & quotations and tenders for new and existing customers and following up in  a very professional manner.  




§Experience of ROI Monitoring Market or similar

§Technical understanding of products and services

§5 Year checkable work history or evidence to support any period of unemployment, self- employment or time spent in full-time education during that period

§Right to work unrestricted in the ROI/EU

§Experience of dealing with customers at all levels.

§Strong proven sales ability in a third party service provision (multi-discipline technical ability is not necessary but preferable)

§Proven success in sales

§Track record in negotiating major contracts

§A professional and solutions-based approach to exceeding customer service requirements

§Expertise in pipeline development and conversion

§Success in both developing new business and growing established customer accounts

§Key competencies comprising selling, interpersonal and team-working skills

§Excellence in both verbal and written communication including bid writing and support to marketing colleagues

§IT literate  

§Demonstrates energy and a focus on results, coupled with real imagination and flair to develop compelling propositions
