Job Summary

We are seeking responsible and alert Adhoc Security Officers to support security operations at a pharmaceutical facility on a temporary or as-needed basis. The role involves ensuring site safety, controlling access, and maintaining strict compliance with security and regulatory requirements typical of pharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform access control duties (staff, visitors, contractors, and deliveries)

  • Verify identification, permits, and authorization before granting entry

  • Conduct security screening of personnel, bags, and vehicles where required

  • Patrol the premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activities or safety hazards

  • Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels

  • Safeguard sensitive areas such as laboratories, storage rooms, and production zones

  • Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GMP guidelines)

  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, or breaches and escalate when necessary

  • Assist in evacuation procedures, fire drills, and emergency response

  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records

  • Provide professional assistance to staff and visitors
