PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Sales and Operations Administrative Support

 

  • Coordinate meetings, manage daily schedules, and assist with sales and operations management.

  • Sign new client contracts and engage prospective customers to assess their needs and interest in the company’s offerings.

  • Conduct and present sales pitches tailored to showcase the company’s comprehensive 360-degree solutions.

  • Handle face-to-face sales, manage records, and provide weekly sales reports to the Operations Director.

  • Primarily responsible for non-complex, quick-close sales.

  • Monitor competitors, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with top 20 clients while identifying expansion opportunities.

  • Report progress and opportunities to the Operations Director, familiarizing with Salesforce for management reviews.

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, customer/supplier interactions, marketing events, and planning.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth sales and operational processes.

  • Maintain accurate sales and operations records.

 

Quotation and Tender Document Preparation

 

  • Compile accurate and timely quotations and tender documents, ensuring submission meets deadlines.

  • Create presentations and marketing materials as needed.

  • Work with various departments to compile tender documents, and assist in processing deals and contracts.

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Grade 12 or equivalent, with a tertiary qualification in Sales or Office Administration preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Operational role.

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must have a valid Police Code of Conduct no endorsements obtained during the last 6 months.

 

Required Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.

  • Prioritization and customer relationship management abilities.

  • Professional conduct, sound communication (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (a third language is advantageous).

  • MS Office and Google Sheets expertise.
