ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Coorindator or Site Lead to join our team at G4S, working with our multinational, high profile banking client. You will report directly to the G4S Service Solutions Manager and will work closely and proactively with the clients leaders.

You will serve as the primary operational point of contact, and be responsible for the professional intergrity of our small security team ensuring that all site-specific protocols and safety standards are established and maintained to the highest degree. This is a fast-paced role that requires a self-motivated leader to fulfil all contract management requirements.

Some of your key responsibiliteis in this role will include:

• Build & maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communication with: our client, with law enforcement and other key stakeholders. Participate in regional management meetings as a key G4S representative and collate and distribute operational reports
• Supervise and coordinate the performance of security officers and design/deliver training and inductions to ensure staff proficiency
• Fulfill overall contract management requirements
  
• Assist in the administration of regional security projects and facilitate additional security measures for off-site conferences and events
• Conduct security inspections and compliance checks, assisting in risk categorisation for buildings to implement countermeasures and provide guidance for incident emergency response.
• Coordinate building access via control systems, oversee the maintenance and usage of CCTV and security alarms and conduct quarterly access control maintenance regimes.

ABOUT YOU

A successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a "people-first" mentality who can seamlessly balance stakeholder engagement skills with the operational accuracy required to manage a 24/7 security team and maintain strong, professional relationships with local stakeholders. You will need to have:

• Current NSW 1A Security Licence
  

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Proven supervisory experience within a corporate environment, with direct client responsibilities
• Ability to provide on call for emergency response
