Reviews annual sales and operations plan, analyses and identifies net add and annual direct manpower requirement

Defines monthly recruitment number target & budget for each hub basis past trend and sourcing constraints

Reviews monthly rolling business plan (current + 2 month) and identifies recruitment target

Plan sourcing strategy along with recruiters (location, type of activity etc.) to ensure recruitment in time, cost and quality

Seek sign-off on plan from internal stakeholders – sales, operations, finance as required
