Job Summary

We are seeking responsible and alert Adhoc Security Officers to support security operations at a pharmaceutical facility on a temporary or as-needed basis. The role involves ensuring site safety, controlling access, and maintaining strict compliance with security and regulatory requirements typical of pharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform access control duties (staff, visitors, contractors, and deliveries)

Verify identification, permits, and authorization before granting entry

Conduct security screening of personnel, bags, and vehicles where required

Patrol the premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activities or safety hazards

Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels

Safeguard sensitive areas such as laboratories, storage rooms, and production zones

Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GMP guidelines)

Respond to incidents, emergencies, or breaches and escalate when necessary

Assist in evacuation procedures, fire drills, and emergency response

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records

Provide professional assistance to staff and visitors
