Job Introduction:

We are currently looking for experienced Service Technicians for our Electronic Security Systems Division.  Reporting to the Service Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Service Engineer in the day to day coordination of planned preventive maintenance and reactive call activities at site & installation works.

Role Responsibility:

  • Support and provide technical assistance to Service Engineer on day to day activities.
  • Prepare a list of installation materials required at the site and provide the same to the service engineer.
  • Planning execution of site jobs to ensure completion in time as per requirement.
  • Ensure neat and proper installation of the system before handover to the client.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
  • Attend and rectify service calls as and when required.
  • Provide technical support to sales as and when required
  • Delivery of material on site with the support of the service engineer.
  • Ensure you are well turned out as much as possible given the nature of the job as you are a representative of the company.
  • Ensure good relations are maintained with all the members of staff at all levels.
  • Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent.
  • Should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Technician for a Security Installation, preferably 1 year in Maintenance. 
  • Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management
  • Able to lead and inspire a team
  • English communication and writing skills
