HR Recruitment Clerk

G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a leading global integrated security solutions company, has a vacancy for a HR Recruitment Clerk based at our Rosslyn Office.

 Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Recruitment Clerk provides specialised Human Resources administrative support services within the Northern regions, relating to recruitment.

The position requires at least 2-3 years’ experience within a human resources recruitment environment. The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which human resources plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.

  1. Effective performance of HR recruitment administration and functions
  2. Compliance with PSIRA Regulations and processes

The Ideal Candidate:

Formal Education:

  • Relevant three year qualification Human Resources or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in administration – 3 years’ experience in a related position would be deemed appropriate for this level position
