Our core business is devising and implementing effective solutions to our clients' complex security issues, enabling them to work more securely and confidently, even in the most hazardous situations.
Role Responsibility:
We now require a number of Deputy Team Leaders who will operate in PSD teams in and around the Basra area, Iraq.
Employment will be on a 12-month rolling contract, offering competitive salary with an 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off, rotation.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be considered for these positions, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Essential Requirements
- Posses an industry recognised and affiliated Close Protection qualification
- Hold a valid SIA licence (Front Line Close Protection)
- FPOS-I qualification
- MIRA qualification
- A minimum of 7 years Military experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience operating as a PSD within a hostile environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and direct others maturely in normal, aggressive or stressful situations or conflicts
Desirable Requirements
- A minimum of1 year’s commercial experience gained in Iraq within the last 3 years would be highly desirable
