Effective management of sales and marketing in compliance with G4S business strategy

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Development of sales and marketing strategy specific to service line through analysis of the business profile, products and services available/ required, existing customer base, resources and competitors that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets by identification of potential new business opportunities through consultation and cooperation with operational management, planned prospecting, leads, cold calling, tender notices, etc.
  • Development of High level relationships and account management with existing and potential major customers.
  • Conduct/ arrange Market surveys and develop appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Plan and implement Sales organic growth strategies and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Ensure price, risk and commercial contracts terms are appropriately applied by business when entering into an Integrated Security Solutions contracts and that price increase strategies are developed and applied
  • Direct involvement in leading and negotiating major bids.
  • In consultation with National Managers, ensure that annual contract escalations of existing customers are finalized. 
  • Control and manage all sales and marketing revenue and capital expenditures and budgets, ensuring expenditure within function is appropriately managed, based on lean management  principles, quality of service commitment and performance management

Effective performance of Sales and Marketing administrative functions

 

 

 

 

  • Develop and implement Service Agreement, Letter of Intent) as per standard terms and conditions with any variations approved by Head office.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction measures and KPIs are developed, achieved  and maintained
  • Where required by the Managing Director, maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the company’s brand through effective PR activities.
  • Coordinate company sponsored events and control and distribution of corporate gifts.
  • Select and management of external agencies, in line with sales and marketing

Effective reporting on  Sales and Marketing activities

 

 

  • Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information of sales and marketing as per requirement
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports to Managing Director.
  • Provide Managing Director with accurate information on new and lost business as required.
  • Advise National management of sales activities, competitors analysis and customer needs.

Management of Sales and Marketing teams

 

 

 

  • Effective administration and utilization of call centre services
  • Speedy dissemination and redress of customer complaints and queries, in collaboration with relevant service line manager in charge.
  • Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company policy, procedure and employment law
  • Continuous improvement and development of customer satisfaction measurement tools
  • Ensure the team achieves organic growth sales targets

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Administration
  • 5 to 7 years experience in sales management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer relationship management
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
