Job Introduction:

The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for an Fingerprint Program Manager. As an Fingerprint Program Manager, you will responsible for fingerprint collection and submission at designated building locations.  The Fingerprint Technician shall verify the identity of applicants to ensure that they are the applicants scheduled for fingerprinting.  The Fingerprint Program Manager is responsible for ensure each Technician has received accurate and timely procedural updates and appropriate relevant training

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions


  • Deal with daily communications from Fingerprint Technicians regarding, process, procedure, questions, concerns, and technical issues on Fingerprinting, I9s, and Badging, which have all been incorporated into a one stop shop at fingerprint locations
  • Deal with any pilots going on for additional duties, or additional hours due to special fingerprint collection events, such as Safe Act or Dodd Frank (in which employees must be fingerprinted in order to meet certain regulations, or acquire special licensing)
  • Provide access to new technicians or back-ups, and maintain a master list of all technicians for each location; including contact information and fingerprint hours of operation
  • Host monthly fingerprint conference calls with Fingerprint Technicians (25 fingerprint locations)
  • Host quarterly one on one calls with each of the 25 fingerprint offices
  • Coordinate additional training and scheduling of technicians
  • Provides a weekly, and monthly, report to the contact to include G4S error rates along with Law Enforcement, and fingerprint vendor sites; fingerprint site capacities, including a trend analysis and forecasting results; issues and resolutions; special projects tracking
  • Receive weekly I-9 reporting from the Fingerprint Technicians, and provides a monthly summary report to the contact
  • Participate in I9 calls with Staffing Operations, and relay information to technicians during monthly conference calls
  • Conducts emergency phone/WebEx training sessions for new Fingerprint Technicians
  • Create, modify, and maintain post orders for the fingerprint offices


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience managing personnel and/or processes

Skills Required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office; indoor with minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures expected

Major activity:        Working on PC while sitting; telephone use

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:      Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching, and reaching
