Job Introduction:

Cash Operations Coordinator

G4S Cash Solutions has a vacancy for Cash Operations Coordinator based in Centurion.

Reporting to the Cash Operations Manager, the Cash Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timerous administration/completion of the Cash Operations process in line with company policies and procedures.

The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgment in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which support plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.

Role Responsibility:

Administer company policies and procedures and ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance of system and continuous improvement.

Effective management of office

  • Arrangement of meetings and diary management.
  • Ensure faxing, filing and records up to date.
  • Attend Management meetings.
  • Attend Monthly Service Level Agreement meetings as per request from Management and customer.

Effective administration of company policy and procedures

  • Capturing and recording data on ERP systems
  • Maintenance of records and files.
  • SLA Monitoring.
  • Standardize processes.

Effective administration of reporting function

  • Compilation of reports as per job requirements.
  • Sourcing, comparing and presenting significant data sets in a consistent and recognizable manner at a high level of accuracy
  • Timely submission in accordance to deadlines.
  • Monitoring of client queries and feedback provided to Capitec.
  • Preparation of operating procedures as and when required.
  • Preparation and / or input to finalize all customer documents (Agreements / SLA and Annexures).
  • Assist branches with client reconciliations and queries on reconciliations.
  • Tracking and Monitoring:
    • Request and submission of the Capitec Paperwork
    • Payments to Capitec
  • Implement processing efficiencies:
    • Implement new services.
    • Query management and resolution.
    • Regulate meetings with customers.
  • Assisting branches with cash processing, reconciliations, and resolving queries.

Assist with daily operational issues / queries pertaining to cash processing and related activities.


The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 
  • 2-5 years Commercial Cash experience
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Prepared to travel

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of reconciliation procedures
  • Knowledge of Cash Management Centre processes
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures

Skills:

  • MS Office Computer skills
