As part of our Risk Management division, the role of Watch Keepers in our Operations room cannot be under-estimated and their presence and function is vital for the immediate and subsequent reporting of any incident, maintaining a radio and telephone account of all calls received and sent out, and ensuring the whereabouts of all personnel are known at any one time.

The Watch Keeper is a key person within the Operations room who will be responsible for recording events which affect tasks and operations. You’ll have Security Clearance (SC) and a strong knowledge of radio systems, Compound Incident and Alarm Procedures.

Working in line with the host nation’s legal requirements and regulations – as well as our own standard operating procedures – you’ll work closely with the Security Coordinator, Close Protection teams and the customer.

Having experience of working in hostile environments is essential as is the confidence to deal with uncommon and diverse incidents.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are all important and commercial experience in the private security industry would be an advantage.
